If you are planning your meeting or event through the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC), our team will assist you with the review process, which involves working with campus partners such as Risk Management, Grounds, and Parking. SRWC will work with Registered Student Organizations (RSO's), departments, and external clients to ensure all proper reviews, notifications, and approvals are made.

On-campus clients include RSO's such as fraternities/sororities, sport clubs, and academic clubs. It also includes academic and non-academic departments.


  • Tier 1 (Registered Student Organizations, Student Life Departments)
  • Tier 2 (University Departments, SRWC Business Partners)
  • Tier 3 (Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations partnering with external organizations or planning non-UNLV focused events)
  • Tier 4 (Non-Profit Organizations)
  • Tier 5 (Non University Clients; Retail Rate)

Making your Event Safe

There are several factors considered in making your event safe for all attendees, staff, vendors, and facilitators. SRWC works closely with Risk Management Services and several other colleagues on campus to reduce risk.
