Registered Student Organizations (RSOs), UNLV departments, and external clients are welcome to plan their meeting or event through the Student Recreation and Wellness Center (SRWC). Our events team will assist you with the process, which involves working with campus partners (such as Risk Management, Grounds, and Parking and Transportation Services) and ensuring all proper reviews, notifications, and approvals are made.

  • There are several factors considered in making your event safe for all attendees, staff, vendors, and facilitators. We work closely with Risk Management Services and several other colleagues on campus to reduce risk. Pricing

We offer five pricing tiers for different clients:

  • Tier 1: Registered Student Organizations, Student Life Departments
  • Tier 2: University Departments, SRWC Business Partners
  • Tier 3: Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations partnering with external organizations or planning non-UNLV focused events
  • Tier 4: Non-Profit Organizations
  • Tier 5: Non University Clients; Retail Rate

Pool Party Pricing

Groups are able to host pool parties at our SRWC aquatics facilities. Pool party pricing differs from the tiers listed above.
