Stephanie

Yoga
Stephanie
Yoga compliments any sport or workout routine, it is also amazing by itself. Through the practice of yoga one aligns themselves mind, body, and spirit. Yoga benefits all 12 of your systems through the breath and postures combined not one alone. These are the concepts that Stephanie brings to the mat when she teaches her class. Stephanie is a certified yoga instructor, who has been practicing for eight years and teaching for four. She specializes in trauma yoga, yoga hands on assist and pilates. One of her favorite quotes is, “let the space between where you are and where you want to be inspire you not frustrate.” Stephanie has lived her life constantly on the move. Her parents were in the military, requiring her to move and live all over the world. She’s been to the tundra of Iceland all the way to the tropics of Hawaii. Stephanie honors and embraces all walks of life and cultures. She is currently seeking her bachelor’s degree to become a dietician. This is inspired by her belief that what one puts into their body matters. Mind, body, and spirit and can’t wait to see you guys in class helping you on your journey! Namaste
