The registrar serves the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV by providing the highest level of quality service to our current and former students, offering detailed, statistical information to departments, maintaining enrollment data, and serving as a repository for student information.

In addition, the registrar is responsible for managing the student information system and enforcement of enrollment and student records policies including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Diploma, Enrollment Verification, and Transcript Ordering

Processing time of document requests varies depending on the academic calendar cycle. The registrar will endeavor to process all requests in the most timely manner.

Please email Peter Kim, Ph.D. (peter.kim@unlv.edu) directly for licensure application support and to order a transcript, diploma, or Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE)/dean’s letter that must be sent directly from the Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine at UNLV.
