To request office space for a new employee, additional general space (storage, study and exam rooms, new department or clinic space), a move, or termination of space, submit your request through the Shared Services Intake Form. Please allow 72 hours (3 business days) for the Space team to review the ticket.
* Single moves and new space requests can take a minimum of 2 weeks to prepare, so please allow for this time.
