What sets us apart is our integrated model; we merge operations, finance, human resources (HR), and facility planning to proactively support academic and strategic initiatives. We serve as a centralized resource to ensure compliance, efficiency, and excellence in support of medical education.
Our team oversees a broad scope of operational responsibilities, including:
- Human Resources: Managing position planning, recruitment, and onboarding in partnership with leadership.
- Financial Stewardship: Overseeing budget development, fiscal tracking, procurement, and compliance across all units under the academic affairs and education umbrella.
- Facilities and Event Support: Coordinating operational logistics and partnering on event execution within the medical education building (MEB), ensuring alignment with school values and strategic goals.
- Technology and Infrastructure: Collaborating with information technology (IT) and audiovisual (AV) teams to support educational delivery and operational continuity for students, faculty, and staff.
- Clinical Skills and Simulation and Anatomical Education: Managing business operations, contracts, and resource planning to support innovative medical training.
