As a Hospitality College student, you are encouraged to explore different sectors of the industry and create a course plan that aligns with your passions. A flexible curriculum means that you can choose a general course of study or concentrate in up to two of the following areas:
Event & Design Management
Use your imagination and critical thinking skills to design original event experiences. It’s a great choice for students who wish to work in the exciting event industry as well as those considering careers in the entertainment, sports, and tourism industries.
Gaming Management
You won’t find this kind of curriculum anywhere else! We’ll give you the knowledge and skills to manage full-scale casino operations as well as pursue a career in casino accounting, gaming regulation/control, or in a supply organization that serves the casino industry.
Hospitality Beverage Management
Be part of this unique and growing sector of hospitality—ideal for students who are interested in beverage operations within the bar industry or for those who are thinking about careers in nightclubs, wineries, breweries, cafes, or beverage distribution.
Innovative Restaurant Management
