Administrative Faculty Evaluations
The School of Medicine administrative faculty annual reviews are due to the School's Human Resources Department in mid-January. The School's Human Resources Department sends out announcements to supervisors in November to begin the process. Position Descriptions (PDQ’s) should be evaluated during this time.
Employees with four or more months of service during the year (hired on or before September 1st) should be evaluated on job performance and goal accomplishment. Employees with less than four months of service should complete the self-evaluation to establish goals for the ensuing year.
Supervisors are responsible for establishing a due date for self-evaluations and meeting with employee(s) to discuss their evaluation and review goals.
Once the evaluations have been completed and forwarded to the School of Medicine Human Resources Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) to obtain the reviewing officer's signature, the School's Human Resources Department submits the reviews to the main UNLV Human Resources Office by March 1st.
