This event will include faculty and staff remarks, serve as the completion of the FYE Connection Award, offer words of congratulations from across campus, offer a preview for what's to come for the upcoming semester, and finish with a toast. We cannot wait to celebrate all new students as they reach this important milestone - see you there!

Join us for the first FYE milestone event for spring, where we will welcome our new and returning students and celebrate academic achievement! There will be food, activities, and mingling. The FYE Connection Award winners will also be recognized.

It's Just Coffee is a series of meet-ups - approximately once a month - for students to practice their dialogue skills in a low-stakes environment.

This event brings together diverse perspectives to dialogue about a complex topic through sharing of viewpoints, listening openly, and working to understand each other. The goal is not consensus, it is shared learning.

No topic expertise is required to participate, and there will be a dialogue facilitator and topic guide to assist all participants. And of course, there will be coffee (and tea and snacks)!
