  • We invite you to join us for a mental health panel with real professionals to learn how to take care of yourself and your mind. There will be a portion with written questions and there will be time for open questions from any curious student. Open to all majors.

  • This semester, join the Writing Center on the first Wednesday of each month at 1 p.m. to strengthen your writing habits and skills. This spring, we'll be focusing on starting out strong. Have a paper due soon that you haven't yet begun? Were you just assigned an essay for class? Attend this workshop to learn strategies to set yourself up for success. We'll touch on topics such as turning your assignment prompt into a helpful checklist; organizing your ideas; and citing your sources.

  • It's Just Coffee is a series of meet-ups - approximately once a month - for students to practice their dialogue skills in a low-stakes environment.

    This event brings together diverse perspectives to dialogue about a complex topic through sharing of viewpoints, listening openly, and working to understand each other. The goal is not consensus, it is shared learning.

  • UNLV’s annual Festival of Communities celebrates our rich global community. Enjoy live performances and food and crafts for sale by UNLV student organizations. Event is open to UNLV students, faculty and staff and their families.

  • SRWC Fitness presents the second annual Tie Dye the Spring 5k!

    Come run, walk, roll, skip, dance, or any other fun style you choose to complete the 5k. Wear any color of the rainbow so we can flood campus with color. At the finish line, you will get a race day T-shirt to tie dye in the colors of your choice. Registration to participate is $10 and open to all. Heats run at 7 a.m., 7:30 a.m., and 8 a.m. Please register for the start time you are attending. Join us for a day to move, create, and connect in a colorful way.
