It's Just Coffee is a series of meet-ups - approximately once a month - for students to practice their dialogue skills in a low-stakes environment.

This event brings together diverse perspectives to dialogue about a complex topic through sharing of viewpoints, listening openly, and working to understand each other. The goal is not consensus, it is shared learning.

No topic expertise is required to participate, and there will be a dialogue facilitator and topic guide to assist all participants. And of course, there will be coffee (and tea and snacks)!

Participants in this session may engage questions such as, "How much should coaches get paid?" and "Should it be the university's responsibility to equitably fund sports?"
