Mark Davis is the owner of the Las Vegas Aces of the Women’s National Basketball Association and the owner and managing general partner of the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League.

Since acquiring the Aces, Davis has guided the franchise to multiple WNBA World Championships, creating a team that dominates on the court and sets the standard off it. Under his stewardship, the Aces have become a model of professional excellence—investing in players, facilities, and organizational support in ways that have reshaped expectations for women’s sports nationwide. Their success has not only brought titles to Las Vegas but has also established the Aces as a source of pride and inspiration for the entire community.

In addition to the Aces, Davis has led the Las Vegas Raiders through a period of transformation. Since assuming leadership in 2011, he guided the team’s relocation to Las Vegas and the opening of Allegiant Stadium, contributing to the city’s emergence as a major sports and entertainment destination and strengthening Nevada’s cultural and economic landscape.

Raised within the Raiders organization by his father, the late Al Davis, Mark developed a hands-on understanding of professional sports management. His leadership reflects a balance of honoring legacy while embracing innovation, and a commitment to building organizations that thrive both competitively and within the community.

Davis is also deeply engaged in philanthropic efforts throughout Southern Nevada. Through charitable initiatives focused on education, health, youth development, and services for individuals with special needs, he has sought to ensure that professional sports can be a force for positive community impact.

Known for his authenticity, independence, and quiet determination, Mark Davis has left an indelible mark on Nevada’s sports and civic life. His creation of a championship dynasty in the Las Vegas Aces, along with his broader contributions to the state, make him a deserving honoree of the Nevada Hall of Fame.
