There are only 19 weeks between now and Saturday, December 13, 2025, when the President’s Holiday Village at UNLV will be taking place!

In keeping with past years, the event will include a toy distribution and Resource Fair, as well as a Holiday Festival, complete with bounce houses, face painting, balloon artist, music, holiday characters, a mobile pet therapy yard, and more.

As a campus, our goal is for every college, school, and unit to help support this event in one of three ways, as follows:

• Host a Resource Table - Resource tables will provide a platform to share information about resources available at UNLV with event attendees, with a particular emphasis on resources for youth and/or for those who reside in underserved households.
• Host an Activity Table - Activity tables will provide a platform to facilitate table-top activities appropriate for youth and/or adult attendees. These activities need to be simple and short in duration, and can be educational and/or fun.
• Volunteer – Nearly 100 volunteers are needed to greet and direct event attendees, staff registration and information tables, facilitate games and other event-related activities, and to help set-up, maintain, and clean-up the event.

Registration for these three opportunities will open in October. In the interim, please save the date and start considering what your college, school, or unit can do to support this effort.
