Applications Now Being Accepted for 2026-2027 Leadership Pathways Program Participants

Applications for the 2026-2027 cohort of the Leadership Pathways program are currently being accepted through Friday, May 1, 2026. The program is open to full-time academic faculty, administrative faculty, and classified staff who have completed the Management Training Academy (MTA) course.

Designed to help emerging leaders expand their knowledge and understanding of leadership roles at the university, the UNLV Leadership Pathways program offers an opportunity for participants to engage in hands-on leadership-building activities that provide a unique glimpse of university operations, leadership styles, and decision-making skills.

The program is a 2-semester program, beginning in the fall and continuing through the spring semester. Participants are expected to commit four to eight hours per month, including seminar attendance, meetings with mentors, and work on special projects, including a Personal Action Plan to help participants apply the lessons learned in the program to continue their leadership journey after the program concludes.

Please visit the Leadership Pathways website for more details and to submit your application.
