Do you like working at UNLV but wish you knew more about the university? Or are you getting through the day but don't feel a deep sense of connection? If either of those are true, Rebel Leadership's new Moving Beyond Our Silos initiative may be for you.

Open to UNLV employees of all classifications and career stages, this free professional development opportunity brings together colleagues from across campus to explore the university's academic units, student services, research, administration, and community engagement efforts.

Participants will hear from campus leaders, take part in tours and interactive experiences, and build relationships with colleagues from different areas of the university. Sessions are held on select Friday afternoons, and participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete a post-program group project.
