Christopher Kearney (Psychology) and Kelliann Beavers (Lincy Institute) were awarded a UNLV-UNR Extension grant ($254,661) titled, “Youth mental health/community asset mapping and multi-tiered system of support pilot to address school attendance and school absenteeism.”  The project aims to develop a community asset map of mental health and related support services for youth in Clark County, and to pilot a multi-tiered systems of support model for mental health and school attendance problems in selected school settings.
