Chia-Liang (Leo) Dai (Teaching and Learning) co-authored an article with colleagues Ching-Chen Chen (Counselor Education, School Psychology, and Human Services), and Dr. Yin Guo, Dr. Sharma, and student Jacquelyn Rodriguez (all Public Health). The article, "Evidence-based Review of Yoga Interventions for Adolescent Health and Well-being in US Schools," was recently published in the International Journal of Yoga. The findings highlight the potential of these interventions to significantly improve key areas of adolescent health, including mental health, stress regulation, and overall well-being, making a case for integrating mind-body practices into school curricula.
