I was born in Bullhead City, Arizona, but Las Vegas has been home for over 15 years now. As a first-generation college graduate and now a medical student, my journey has been a challenging yet fulfilling one. My path to medical school was marked by determination and hard work. Witnessing healthcare disparities in Las Vegas and Bullhead City fueled my desire to make a difference in underserved communities. Medical school surpassed my expectations, offering not only academic challenges but also lifelong friendships and personal growth. Looking ahead, I plan to continue serving the Las Vegas community, striving to improve healthcare access and outcomes for all.
