If you are interested in a career in dance, the department of dance is among "the Best in the West" and exists in the center of fabulous Las Vegas, one of the fastest growing cultural centers in the United States. Entertainment industry employment and artistic opportunities abound in Las Vegas. Advanced-level dancers are working professionally while completing their dance degrees.

The concert features exciting choreography and lighting design by talented Bachelor of Fine Arts majors in performance and choreography and dance production and management.

The concert features works by faculty and artists-in-residence, including choreography by the newest UNLV Dance faculty member Hayley Meier.

Co-presented by philanthropist Susan N. Houston, the College of Fine Arts hosts the free annual Art Walk to honor the Las Vegas community for its dedicated support of the arts and culture in Southern Nevada.

Tickets will go on sale in the Performing Arts Center Box Office beginning Aug. 29.
