Scarlet & Gray Days returns for its second year from April 13 to 19, bigger and better! The campuswide, weeklong celebration features a variety of events for all ages, bringing together prospective and current students, families, alumni, faculty, staff, and the Las Vegas community.
From BBQs and Rec Center activities to financial planning and college open houses, there’s something for everyone. Many events are free, with a few requiring tickets or registration. Join us to experience campus life, enjoy our traditions, and vibe with the Rebel spirit!
The UNLV Block Party returns 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 18. This fun, family-friendly event is FREE and open to all, featuring inflatables, entertainment, activities, vendors, and a DJ spinning all-ages music. Food trucks will provide food for sale. Come explore college open houses and connect with our campus community!

Exhibitions at the Marjorie Barrick Museum of Art
- Tuesdays through Saturdays through July 13, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Barrick Museum
New and featured art exhibits include Moth Ball, Actions for the Earth: Art, Care & Ecology, Mourning Songs of Salt and Silt, and El camino se traza al andar (The Path is Traced by Walking). Free to all.

UNLV’s annual Festival of Communities celebrates our rich global community. Enjoy live performances and food and crafts for sale by UNLV student organizations. The event is open to UNLV students, faculty and staff, and their families.

Bring the whole family out for food, lawn games, activities, and time together.
UNLV students and children under 5 are free; others must purchase a $20 ticket.

A free, fun-filled celebration for K-12 students and their families. Join us for arts and crafts, outdoor games, inflatables, face painting, a balloon artist, and refreshments, all while discovering summer camp opportunities available at UNLV. Families can explore engaging programs designed to inspire learning, creativity, and college aspirations.
Future Formula: Engineering Your K-to-Career Financial Blueprint

Join us for a free interactive event for K-12 students and families. Learn about college savings options, budgeting strategies, and smart money habits while students enjoy hands-on math and money activities. Enjoy light refreshments, giveaways, and a tour of the newly opened UNLV Institute for Financial Literacy & Wellness.

Prospective first-year and transfer students, along with parents/supporters are invited to experience UNLV at our expansive open house event. Dive into campus life with guided tours and a wide range of informative sessions. Connect with current students, engage with faculty, and explore our campus facilities firsthand. This dedicated space celebrates sustainability and environmental stewardship, highlighting organizations and initiatives that promote conservation, recycling, green living, eco-education, community gardening, and other environmentally focused efforts. Free and open to all.
