This summer, UNLV's International Gaming Institute teamed up with local community nonprofit Core Academy to inspire the next generation of Nevada hospitality industry leaders. During the four-week summer program, 30 Las Vegas high school students discovered the managerial and executive-level career opportunities available to them in the industry and gained insight into the college experience at UNLV. They developed new skills to excel in the classroom today and the workplace tomorrow.
