Published: Patricia Heisser Metoyer

Patricia Heisser Metoyer (Psychology and Interdisciplinary, Gender, and Ethnic Studies) is the author of “ Mixedness” and “Ancestral Race Trauma”: The Monster Has No Name, which is a selected publication in the Journal of Intercultural Disciplines and in the Journal of Science and Exploratory Studies. Both journals publish scholarly contributions that facilitate understanding of the experience and behavior of populations of color, both in the United States of America and other countries. The journals publish the most relevant work presented from the organizations’ annual national and international conference. She presented there as the recipient of the inaugural travel grant from the Interdisciplinary, Gender, and African American and African Diaspora Studies.
