Scheduling an Appointment

Current majors and admitted: You may self-schedule your advising appointment in Rebel Success Hub by using your ACE account and following the instructions here. When you are scheduling, please be sure to add comments to share more about your appointment needs.

If you are unable to schedule an appointment with an advisor, please plan to visit during our drop-in hours. We will see students either in-person or virtually in the order of arrival.

The CFA Advising Center uses Zoom for virtual advising appointments with students. You will receive instructions sent to your RebelMail in your automated appointment confirmation when you make an appointment that will let you know what you need to do to prepare for those meetings. Traditional phone appointments are also available if you prefer that method of advising.

All scheduled appointments will be completed using one of the following formats:

• Virtual appointments through Zoom (screen-sharing is available)
• Phone appointments through a preferred phone number
• In-person appointments at the advising center (CDC-2)

Drop-in Hours

Drop-ins are seen on a first come, first served basis by major at the locations listed below. Please click the drop-down arrow for your major to see the location and meeting modality for the day.

Our advisors use Zoom for virtual advising appointments with students. If you are connecting using your phone, you may be required to download the Zoom app. Unless a different location is listed, our in-person drop-in appointments are held in our offices in the Central Desert Complex CDC - Building 02.
