Planned Actions for AY 2022-2023

• Deploy customer service surveys for OIT (early fall 2021), Business Affairs (late fall 2021), and HR (spring 2022).  
• Analyze survey results and compare them against the baseline prior year (OIT will not have a prior year since 2022 is the baseline year for OIT).
• Continue partnership, support, and growth of UNLV Sustainability Council efforts.
• Identify gaps between service expectations and services provided, and make recommendations to support actions to address those gaps.
