Infrastructure and Shared Governance - Annual Plan

Partner with the Cannon Survey Center to find opportunities for consolidated surveys, dynamic survey flow, and minimizing survey fatigue.
Identify projects that will provide the greatest impact to campus to work toward transforming our service standards and delivery and focusing on enhanced customer service and user experience (e.g., standardization of documents and tools).
Develop a HelioCampus charter and continue to review staffing models and work toward recommendations to the Top Tier Executive Committee for organizational improvement.
