- MetLife - Supplemental insurance policies, Long-Term disability, and legal plans
- American Fidelity - Cancer care and short-term disability plans
- Western - Additional term life insurance policies and accidental death & dismemberment
- PEBP - Administrator for Medical, dental, prescription drug, and life insurance plans
- UMR - PPO third-party administrator
- Health Plan of Nevada - HMO third-party administrator
- VIA Benefits - Coordination of health benefits for retirees
- Carrum Health and Hinge Health - Personalized care plans
- ComPsych - Employee Assistance Program
- HSA Bank and ASIFLex- Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA), Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
- TIAA - Voluntary retirement plans

Representatives from the NSHE and NVPERS retirement offices will also be in attendance. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and receive personalized assistance in selecting the best healthcare and investment options for the next plan year. Open Enrollment is Underway
The Public Employees Benefits Program (PEBP) and Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) open enrollment period for Plan Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) is going on now through May 31.
During open enrollment, you can
- Make changes to your PEBP healthcare plan
- Enroll in the Health Savings Account (only available under the CDHP-PPO plan)
- Enroll in an ASI flexible spending account
- Enroll in or cancel your prepaid legal plan through MetLife Legal Services in Workday.
The benefits team is hosting virtual drop-in sessions where employees can meet one-on-one with a benefits specialist in a private breakout room to receive personalized support. Please visit the open enrollment webpage for more information, including links to the virtual drop-in sessions.
