As we get ready to start 2026, we look forward to a new year of event possibilities and want the opportunity to be your ideal event venue. To aid in informing you of our event venue options and provide you with samples of what you can expect from our event planning and catering teams, Student Union & Event Services will be hosting our first ever Spring Student Union Showcase! This event is designed as a mini conference of workshops and a catered reception just for you!
When: Monday, March 2, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: UNLV Student Union
This event is free to attend with opportunities to experience guided site tours of our Student Union, our outdoor green spaces, and our non-academic use of classrooms as well as explore room setups and enjoy catering samples provided by our UNLV Eats team. For the workshops, we will have presentations provided by our event experts in topics including:
