The Institutional Engagement & Experience office is proud to partner with the Ombuds Office and the Human Resources division to bring you Rebel Connect — "Moving Beyond Our Silos," a professional development series (formerly Rebel Leadership).

Open to UNLV employees of all classifications and career stages, this free professional development opportunity brings together colleagues from across campus to explore the university's academic units, student services, research, administration, and community engagement efforts.

Participants will hear from campus leaders, take part in tours and interactive experiences, and build relationships with colleagues from different areas of the university. Sessions are held on select Friday afternoons, and participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete a post-program group project.
