Domestic Violence Active Bystander Training Oct. 21

Join the Jean Nidetch Care Center for “Don’t Be Chicken” Active Bystander Training from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 in Student Union, Room 219, in observance of Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This training will cover healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationships, how to recognize warning signs, and ways to safely step in when you see something. 

Raising Cane’s chicken will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis!

The presentation is tailored toward men, but everyone is welcome to attend! You’ll also learn more about Domestic Violence Awareness Month and ways to get involved with the Care Center. Optional RSVP here!
