Jamie Davidson (Student Wellness) was elected to the board of the American College Health Association and was named to the newly formed National College Athletic Association Mental Health Task Force.
Debra Meyer (Wellness Promotion) has become one of the first licensed dietitians in Nevada. Registered dietitians are able to provide nutrition and diet analysis, recommendations, and prescriptions.
Phillip Burns (Student Conduct) recently was named to serve as a faculty fellow at the Association for Student Conduct Administration (ASCA) Donald D. Gehring Academy, which will be held at the University of Louisville in July. He also serves on the ASCA Board of Directors, representing four-year public institution members.
