Erin Farrar, Reginald Ungos, LaToya Burdiss, John McElrath, Sean Kinnally, Steve Kinsey, and Brigette Sohn (all Campus Recreational Services) were selected by the National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) Region VI Conference Committee to present five topics to professional and student colleagues from nine states and two countries in Riverside, California, this month. Presentation titles included:

• "Tell Me and I Forget, Teach Me and I Remember, Involve Me and I Learn — New Methods for All Staff Training"
• "Starting the Conversation Around Diversity and Inclusion,"
• "But You're the People that Get Yelled at: Culture Building and Retention"
• "Development through Student-led Committees"
• "Facility Roundtable"
