Nachman Gutowski (Law) authored an organizational update on the Association of Academic Support Educators (AASE) for Raising the Bar. This quarterly publication by the AccessLex Institute focuses on sharing evidence-based insights regarding the bar exam.
Aparna Polavarapu (Law) served as a guest lecturer at UC Law San Francisco, where she presented on "Restorative Justice, Community and the Politics of Rights."
Kathryn Rand and Steve Light (both Law) were invited participants at "The Regulation of Vice: A Conference on the Contemporary Governance of Gambling, Recreational Drugs, and Pornography in the United States," hosted by the Center for Expanding Viewpoints in Higher Education at Tufts University.
Benjamin Edwards (Law) participated in a Federalist Society panel at the University of Chicago Law School regarding jurisdictional competition in corporate law. Other featured panelists included Texas Business Court Judge Grant Dorfman and UChicago professor Vince Bucola.
In a recent episode of the Boardroom Governance Podcast, professor Benjamin Edwards (Law) joined Evan Epstein to discuss the intensifying competition between Delaware, Nevada, and Texas as Nevada rises as a serious contender for reincorporation.

Citlalli Ochoa (Law) intervened as an amicus curiae before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights during its 187th Regular Session in Brasília, Brazil. Her intervention addressed the Request for an Advisory Opinion regarding the right to democracy and its protection within the Inter-American Human Rights System.

Benjamin Edwards (Law) participated in a panel discussion at the KPMG Board Leadership Conference entitled, "In Competition: Delaware v. Texas v. Nevada."

UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law has secured a historic first: the establishment of an endowed scholarship created by a Native American nonprofit organization.
