Maryam Ahranjani (Law) recently spoke at the Boston University Law Review Symposium, The University and Democracy. Her presentation, “Universities as Sanctuaries,” was part of the panel Policing the University and drew from her essay of the same name, published in the Journal of College and University Law.

Frank Rudy Cooper (Law) gave the keynote address at the Vulnerability, Inequality and Justice Workshop at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. The address was on Police Targeting of Racial Minorities: A Challenge for Vulnerability Theory.
