Hikmet Loe (Art) has been awarded the first Research Fellowship from the Holt/Smithson Foundation. Loe is an educator, writer, and curator whose research examines the changeable nature of the Earth, addressing perceptual and cultural constructs of the land. She joins the department of art this spring as a part-time instructor, teaching Land Art.
