This Thursday, October 20 at 10 a.m. Heard, CEO of Bill Heard Enterprises, Inc., will share thoughts on his road to success as part of the Wells Fargo Distinguished Speaker Series at UNLV. The lecture, to be held at the Thomas Beam Music Center, is free and open to the public. Heard is expected to provide insight on what it takes to rise from a modest beginning into a leading national business.

Heard turned a single auto dealership into a company recognized by General Motors as the number one Chevrolet retailer in the nation, possibly the world. Bill Heard Enterprises is now in the Forbes Top Ten automotive mega-dealers and sales are now surpassing the four billion dollar mark. What started as one automobile dealership has turned into fifteen stores, spanning seven states. His company provides careers for more than two thousand families nationwide.
