He charted a course for the UNLV college that was different and unique. That included a new building that would reflect the excellent education that UNLV offers its gaming and hospitality students. Now an executive with the UNLV Foundation, Shoemaker met with GGB Publisher Roger Gros at his offices in Las Vegas in January.
