(Josh Hawkins / UNLV Creative Services) Natural materials inside the building were chosen to mimic what one might see in a boutique hotel. (Josh Hawkins / UNLV Creative Services) The guts of the building support high-tech infrastructure throughout the facility. (Josh Hawkins / UNLV Creative Services) Students will soon begin adding the patina of cooking to the fresh stainless steel in the test kitchen.
