Doctoral student Jinkun Shen (Teacher Education) has published an article titled, “Teacher Induction and Collaboration: Investigating the Role of School Instructional Leadership, Mentoring, and Collaborative School Culture,” in the Journal of Educational Change. The article was coauthored with Shaoan Zhang, Ph.D., from the Department of Teaching and Learning and Qingmin Shi, Ph.D., from the Office of Decision Support. This publication marks the fourth article he has published with his mentor and colleagues.
