Heejin Mun (Epidemiology & Biostatistics), Bowen Liu (Mathematics), Thu Huynh Anh Pham (Biology), and Qing Wu (Epidemiology & Biostatistics) recently published an article on "C-Reactive Protein and Fracture Risk: An Updated Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis of Cohort Studies through the Use of Both Frequentist and Bayesian Approaches" in the journal Osteoporosis International.

The association between the inflammatory marker CRP and osteoporotic fracture has remained uncertain. In this study, the authors conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to examine the association of serum hs-CRP and fracture risk.

Mun and Liu are graduate students, and Pham is an undergraduate student.
