Stephen Miller (Center for Business and Economic Research), along with Mike Wixom of Smith, Larsen, and Wixom Attorneys; Kevin Bagger of the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority; and Sallie Doebler of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce, participated in a panel discussion, "Two Building $4 Billion" in April.
