Designed for students across the university, the minor in dance program allows students to pursue interests in dance technique, choreography, performance, dance studies, and creative exploration. Whether enhancing an existing field of study or discovering a new artistic practice, students gain skills in collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving that extend beyond the studio.

By studying dance as both an art form and a means of expression, the minor in dance encourages students to engage deeply with ideas, culture, and their community.
