Student Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) provides a variety of services to help students address mental health concerns to make the most out of the college experience.

Election stress is a very real problem that effects many Americans throughout the nation. Please join Student Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) licensed psychologist Sonaly Silva and doctoral intern Chad Davis in this interactive workshop to learn strategies to recognize and respond to election-related stress.

Mission Statement

These feelings can sometimes interfere with academic performance, social relationships, and your physical health. CAPS can help you manage your feelings so that you can make the most out of your college experience. Our clinicians are trained to help you work through problems commonly experienced by college students of all ages and backgrounds.
