The UNLV Nursing's Continuing Education program provides opportunities to healthcare communities with contemporary trends and issues that affect current clinical practice. Further, UNLV's diverse faculty, students, staff, and alumni promote community well-being and individual achievement through education, research, scholarship, creative activities, and clinical services.
The UNLV Nursing's Continuing Education program offers opportunities, both online and face to face, toward enhancement of knowledge that can immediately be translated toward safe, targeted, and improved clinical practice. Additionally, continuing education credits will be provided for demonstrating advancement of knowledge that is congruent with state board educational requirements.
The UNLV Nursing's Continuing Education program believes that high-quality, evidence-based educational activities will strengthen the professional knowledge of nurses and other disciplines within the healthcare community.
