The UNLV Writing Center welcomes 24 new part-time employees, which includes 18 English GAs, to its staff this fall. These newcomers join a stellar group that includes the members of the Writing Center's administrative team (Director Erin Zimmerman; Assistant Director Alanna Bitzel; interim Program Coordinator Amie Greene; and Administrative Assistant Olivia Rojas) as well as its returning PTIs and hourly staff.

Writing Center part-time staff serve in a variety of roles, including as Consultants, Front Desk Assistants, Video Creators, and Outreach & Social Media Assistants, extending the reach of the Center beyond its physical and virtual consultation spaces.

This dynamic unit is excited to support all writers at UNLV-students, staff, and faculty-with their writing projects and writing instruction throughout the year.
