Volunteers Needed for Spring 2026 AskMe! Booths

We are still looking for AskMe! booth volunteers for the Spring 2026 semester! Sign up for shifts by logging into the self-service portal with your ace ID. Note: If you have trouble finding shifts, try job calendar view at the top menu instead of list view to view available shifts. And go to Jan. 20 and 21 to see available shifts.

Please consider signing up for a shift or two and encourage your campus friends to do the same. These outdoor (dress warm!) information booths are staffed by UNLV faculty and staff volunteers to assist students by answering their questions, helping them navigate campus, and sharing helpful materials. There will be cider and hot chocolate available (while supplies last!)

The AskMe! Booth locations:

  • Pida Plaza
  • Tropicana Parking Garage
  • CHB Walkway
  • AEB Walkway (on the grass) Note: Replaces Rose Garden location because of ongoing construction

Volunteers are needed for the following days and times. All shifts are 90 minutes long:

  • Tuesday, Jan. 20, from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

  • Wednesday, Jan. 21 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Volunteer for an AskMe Booth shift today!
