Congratulations to Tiffany Payne for receiving the Administrative Faculty of the Month Award for September 2025. Payne serves as the program manager for the Lied Center for Real Estate at UNLV. Her nominators wrote: 

“Tiffany models effective leadership through her proactive communication, inclusive event planning, and dedication to mentorship. She works closely with students, the Council of Advisors, and external partners to foster strong relationships and ensure successful collaboration. By regularly leading team discussions, developing staff training resources, and offering hands-on support, she creates an environment where all contributors feel valued. Her initiative in launching new programs and supporting colleagues at every level has strengthened teamwork and enhanced the Lied Center’s impact within the university and the broader community.“

The Administrative Faculty of the Month award recognizes outstanding colleagues who go above and beyond in their duties in advancing UNLV’s mission. The winning recipient receives a certificate and $150 in recognition of their contributions. Nominations for the October 2025 award are due by October 31, 2025.
