Sea You at the Polls: Election Day Event Today

UNLV faculty and staff are invited to join the UNLV LEAD Team in the Office of Service Learning and Leadership for Sea You at the Polls, a Caribbean-inspired Election Day celebration promoting civic engagement, community connection, and voter participation, today, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Pida Plaza.

The event will feature DJ Mojo from St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, free food, interactive activities, giveaways, community partner tables, nonpartisan voter education materials and performances by participating Divine Nine (D9) fraternities and sororities through our Stroll to the Polls showcase.

Everyone attending is encouraged to visit the connected Student Union (SU) voting location on Election Day.

The event is made possible through the support of our sponsors and collaborators: All In Party at the Polls, NAACP Las Vegas Branch #1111, UNLV CSUN Student Government, Battle Born Futures, Student Connections and Engagement, UNLV SpeedLab, and the National Panhellenic Council at UNLV. We are grateful for their partnership in fostering a more informed, engaged, and connected campus community.
