Faculty and staff are invited to submit program proposals for UNLV’s upcoming Administrative Faculty Development Day.

This year’s theme, The Future of Work Is Human, focuses on the skills, relationships, and purpose that will continue to matter most as our workplace evolves. The program will feature keynote speakers and interactive breakout sessions designed to support professional growth, adaptability, and connection across campus.

Breakout sessions are approximately 35 minutes and should be engaging and participatory. Proposals may be submitted by individuals or teams and should align with the theme.

The deadline to submit a proposal is Feb. 13, 2026.
