This is your opportunity to reserve space with Student Union and Event Services for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, and Summer 2027. 

Priority Scheduling will occur this year as follows:

• RSO Week: March 23, 2026 through March 27, 2026

• Open to Departments: April 6, 2026

Please note that all priority forms will be closed from March 28, 2026 to April 5, 2026 for processing time. The forms will reopen on April 6, 2026 for all groups.

Reservations can be submitted during the appropriate time frames through the EMS Everyday User Client Portal.

If you do not already have an Everyday User account, please request an account here: EMS Everyday User Account Request Form. Please note that if you are representing an RSO, you will need to be listed as your organization’s scheduling liaison in the Involvement Center to receive your account credentials.

Please note that submitting your reservation during Priority Scheduling increases the likelihood of reserving the dates/spaces requested, but does not guarantee them, as we will be reviewing for adequate flip times between reservations. Additional correspondence will take place if dates/spaces are not available and alternatives may need to be discussed.
