The Administrative Faculty Committee is accepting applications for the Professional Development Awards. These awards are intended to support full-time administrative faculty in pursuing professional development activities scheduled to take place between Jan. 1, 2027 and Dec. 31, 2027.
Several awards of up to $500 each will be granted. Funds may be used for a variety of professional development opportunities, including but not limited to conference travel, workshops, training sessions, and certificate programs. Both virtual and in-person events are eligible.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be full-time administrative faculty members.
- Applicants must not have received this award within the past three years.
- A completed AFC PD Funding Application and itemized budget worksheet.
Application Deadline: Applications must be submitted by Nov. 2, 2026.
Notifications: Winners will be notified no later than Dec. 31, 2026, and will be recognized at the Administrative Faculty Development Day.
Please Note:
- Preference will be given to applicants whose departments are unable to fully fund their professional development costs.
- Please note that funding is limited, and submission of this application does not guarantee an award or the full requested amount.
