2026 Pro Lecture in Legal History Feb. 23

Faculty and staff are invited to join us for the 21st Annual Pro Lecture in Legal History, featuring professor Aziz Rana of Boston College.

Professor Rana’s lecture, "The Constitutional Bind: How Americans Came to Idolize a Document That Fails Them," will examine the historical, political, and legal forces behind constitutional reverence and the consequences of that tradition for race, citizenship, and democratic governance.
