A reception honoring academic and administrative faculty who have achieved significant service milestones was held on Monday, Dec. 1, in the Lied Library Goldfield Room. More than 100 honorees and guests attended the reception, which included brief remarks by Interim President Heavey. Acting Provost Kate Korgan took attendees on a short trip down memory lane of university highlights and world events from the milestone years.  

Honorees received commemorative medallions or lapel pins acknowledging their years of service. Awards for those who were not able to attend the celebration will be delivered to their units for pick up the week of Dec. 15.
