Stephen Brown, the director of CBER, will provide an update on local and national economic trends. Nasser Daneshvary, director for the UNLV Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies, will moderate a panel focusing on the status of the Southern Nevada housing industry. Panelists include Michael Brunson with Brunson-Jiu, LLC; Pierre LaPres with Cornerstone Home Lending; Frank Nason with Residential Resources, Inc.; John Restrepo with RCG Economics; and Dennis Smith, with Home Builders Research, Inc.
