UNLV Jazz and Commercial Music begins its 2025-2026 concert season with a CD Release Concert for the new album Double or Nothing at 3 p.m. on Sept. 14 in the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall. The concert features selections from the album featuring special guest jazz vocalist, Laura Taylor, and is conducted by Dave Loeb and Nathan Tanouye.

The group's previous album, Let The Good Times Roll, won several Downbeat Student Music Awards and received Grammy consideration in 2025. The UNLV Jazz Program has garnered 52 Downbeat Student Music Awards since 2010 and has performed at the Monterey Jazz Festival, the Jazz Education Network Conference, Midwest Clinic and Jazz at Lincoln Center, in New York City.
